We're recruiting! Hurstwood Farm is looking for a BHS Riding Instructor and Changing Lives Through Horses Session Provider to join our team from the beginning of December.
The role is varied — delivering group and individual riding lessons to children and adults of a range of ages and abilities, and supporting and delivering sessions through our Changing Lives Through Horses programme, always with horse welfare at the forefront.
It's full-time, or can be shared between two part-time freelance members of staff, and is based here at Hurstwood Farm in East Sussex.
You'll need a minimum of BHS Stage 3 Care and Stage 2 Coaching qualifications, proven experience in teaching and working with horses, and a genuine passion for the wellbeing of both horses and young people. Experience of alternative education, therapeutic or personal development programmes would be an advantage.
